Our Story: Established in 1998, “Brother & Sister” is a testament to the enduring spirit of the Bosnian community in America. Our founder, Aziz Šahović, a renowned businessman of Bosnian origin, sought to bring the rich culinary heritage of the Balkans to the tables of the U.S.

Their indomitable spirit led them to set up one of today’s most celebrated Bosnian meat industries in America.

Our Legacy: Spanning over 150,000 square feet in Mechanicsburg near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, our state-of-the-art facility is the heart where all our products come to life. Having invested around 15 million US dollars for its renovation, we ensure that our production is of the highest standards, echoing the rich traditions and authentic flavors of Bosnia.

Our Products: At “Brother & Sister”, we specialize in crafting traditional Bosnian delights such as dried meat, sudžuka, ćevapčići, pljeskavice, meatballs, goulash, pâtés, and various baloneys. Our mission is to provide a slice of the Balkans in every bite, and we proudly make our products available in stores across the U.S.

Our Team: While Aziz Šahović remains the visionary behind “Brother & Sister”, the mantle of production has also been shouldered by his dedicated son, Vedad. Together, they have orchestrated a symphony of flavors that resonate with both Balkan traditions and modern culinary arts.
